Rahul Gedam

I had a great learning experience with the Business Problem Solving Model program. The frameworks like Root Cause Analysis, SWOT, and Decision Matrix were explained brilliantly. The case studies made it very engaging. The only suggestion would be to add more interactive case studies from IT hardware and retail sectors. Overall, a 5/5 experience and a valuable addition to my professional skills.
