in this course we will learn about the operation, components, and techniques involved in using Phaco machines for cataract surgery. The course covers the fundamentals of phacoemulsification, including how ultrasonic waves break up the cloudy lens and how suction removes the fragments. Participants will explore proper settings adjustment, hands-on techniques for safe lens extraction, and protocols for inserting intraocular lenses (IOLs). Emphasis will be placed on device maintenance, sterilization, and troubleshooting common issues to ensure patient safety. By the end of the course, learners will have the skills needed to operate Phaco machines effectively and manage surgical procedures with precision and confidence.
