This course on stress management and relaxation turned out to be not wow for me, but okay. It thoroughly covers meditation techniques, breathing exercises, and movements for relaxing the body and mind, helping to identify stressors and apply all this, but since I don't like meditations and they lead away from the Creator, it's so-so. The materials are presented in the format of YouTube video lessons, which makes them convenient for daily practice at home or at work. Pros: practical demonstrations, advice from an expert, suitable for beginners, and there's a certificate upon completion. Cons: a lot of meditation. Overall, I recommend it for self-care – after a few weeks, my anxiety noticeably decreased, my overall well-being improved, but without meditations.
